We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Evolution and Operational Support team, based in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou! 

We count on you to...

• Managing store operations projects from the planning phase through to execution and stabilisation;

• Driving process analytics and interpreting data to support decision-making;

• Supporting and monitoring store processes to achieve defined objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures;

• Promoting and implementing continuous improvement techniques and methodologies.

So, bring with you...

• A higher education degree, preferably in Management or Industrial Engineering and Management;

• A minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience;

• Knowledge of store or retail operations (nice to have);

• Advanced Excel skills;

• Knowledge of other tools that support the role, such as SQL and/or Python (a plus);

• Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen quality tools and continuous improvement projects;

• Critical thinking;

• Strong analytical and conceptual skills;

• Planning and organisational skills;

• Good communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
