We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Evolution and Operational Support team, based in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

Managing store operations projects from the planning phase through to execution and stabilisation;
-
Driving process analytics and interpreting data to support decision-making;
-
Supporting and monitoring store processes to achieve defined objectives, with a focus on continuous improvement of processes and procedures;

Promoting and implementing continuous improvement techniques and methodologies.

A higher education degree, preferably in Management or Industrial Engineering and Management;

A minimum of 2 years’ relevant professional experience;
-
Knowledge of store or retail operations (nice to have);
-
Advanced Excel skills;
-
Knowledge of other tools that support the role, such as SQL and/or Python (a plus);
-
Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen quality tools and continuous improvement projects;
-
Critical thinking;
-
Strong analytical and conceptual skills;
-
Planning and organisational skills;
-
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills.
