We are looking for an Operations Business Partner – Trade Marketing & Communication to join our Brand Marketing team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
Your mission will be to act as a strategic partner to Operations, ensuring that in-store communication strategy, the trade marketing plan and local initiatives are implemented effectively, consistently and aligned with commercial objectives. This role ensures the connection between Marketing, Operations and other key areas, translating strategic guidelines into practical execution at the point of sale.

Act as the main point of contact between Marketing and Operations for all in-store communication, trade marketing and local initiative topics;

Ensure that in-store execution reflects the global brand strategy and responds to the real needs of stores and operational teams;

Coordinate the implementation of cross-functional initiatives, ensuring consistency, efficiency and customer impact;
-
Coordinate and develop the team responsible for trade marketing and in-store communication execution.

Strong relationship-building and influencing skills, acting as a partner to Operations teams;

Excellent communication, organisational and prioritisation skills;

Strategic vision combined with a strong execution focus;

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders;

Willingness to travel;
-
Experience in trade marketing, in-store communication or interface roles between Marketing and Operations (valued);

Knowledge of the retail sector and store dynamics (valued);
-
Ability to interpret analyses and trends, applying insights to continuous improvement (valued).
