We are looking for a Micro Space Planner Trainee to join our Conceção Loja Department and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

You will join a team that ensures alignment between commercial strategy and in-store execution, contributing to the optimization of space, assortment, and customer experience across different store formats. 
 

We count on you to…

 

  • Support the execution of planograms, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy, merchandising guidelines, and replenishment needs;
  • Carry out in-store space measurements and validate the suitability of shelf layouts to the defined assortment;
  • Collaborate in adjusting the assortment to the available space and in defining store and assortment clusters, according to each store’s profile and characteristics;
  • Monitor the implementation of planograms in-store and ensure compliance with defined guidelines;
  • Support the preparation of reports and analyses on execution, deviations, and improvement opportunities;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize and simplify processes within the planogram area;
  • Actively participate in the development plan and training activities related to the role.

  • Higher education in Management, Marketing or similar - a degree in Management or Marketing offers knowledge in administration, sales strategies, and market analysis, which are vital for making well-informed decisions about the distribution and organization of products in the store space;
  • Customer orientation - a strongcustomer orientation allows you to create layouts that improve the shopping experience, making the space more intuitive and comfortable, which makes it easier to locate products and encourages an increase in sales volume;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills - continuous analysis of data on product performance enables you to adapt and optimize product layouts. Problem-solving skills help you deal with space challenges, logistical constraints and the need for quick adjustments;
  • Excel proficiency - allows you to manipulate and analyze large volumes of data. It is used to create reports, analyze sales trends and generate insights into store space.
