We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Media & Digital Marketing team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
• Act as a strategic marketing partner for the Continente Online and Retail Media (Endless) areas, ensuring alignment between business objectives and brand strategy;
• Define and lead the 360° strategic communication plan for the communication and promotional management areas (Continente Online);
• Translate business objectives (sales, revenue, monetization, engagement) into clear, measurable, and results-driven communication and activation plans;
• Strengthen and deepen knowledge of the digital landscape, market dynamics, and e-commerce and retail media ecosystems;
• Ensure consistency between brand strategy, product communication, and activation, with a critical perspective on creative concepts, media plans, and executions;
• Work closely with business, media, performance, analytics teams, and agencies, ensuring effective and integrated execution;
• Plan, organize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously, with high complexity, different stakeholders, and dependencies;
• Act as a catalyst for collaboration between business and marketing teams, ensuring focus on business priorities;
• Ensure decision-making, prioritization, and roadmap management capabilities in a dynamic, results-oriented environment;
• Collaborate in the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data, studies, and insights across consumers, categories, channels, and markets;
• Turn data and knowledge into actionable insights to improve value proposition, communication, and performance;
• Monitor, analyze, and report results to stakeholders and top management, promoting agile adaptation of plans based on business priorities.

• Solid experience in Management, Marketing, Communication, Digital, and/or e-commerce;
• Experience in results-driven environments with data-based decision-making;
• Relevant experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders;
• Project management experience aligning business objectives with communication actions to achieve and exceed those goals;
• A Business Partner mindset, with strong strategic and business vision;
• Ability to orchestrate different areas, influence without formal authority, and negotiate with multiple stakeholders;
• Strong communication skills, empathy, and critical thinking;
• Ability to transform ideas, strategies, and data into clear, structured, and executive-impact documents;
• High level of autonomy, sense of responsibility, and ownership;
• Comfort working in matrix organizations, promoting alignment and delivery focus;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
