We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Brand Marketing team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

You will be responsible for…

  • Collaborating in the collection, management, and interpretation of data and studies that enable an effective understanding of consumers, categories, channels, and markets relevant to the brands/businesses;

  • Turning customer, category, and brand knowledge into product/brand insights that catalyze offer differentiation and brand positioning;

  • Connecting product communication strategy with brand communication strategy and collaboratively ensuring a critical view of communication executions to guarantee consistency in customer delivery;

  • Collaborating in portfolio design, providing critical input on product development, branding, packaging, and brand architecture;

  • Participating in the planning, organization, and prioritization of communication initiatives in line with pre-established/defined marketing objectives;

  • Organizing, planning, and managing multiple communication projects simultaneously;

  • Acting as a catalyst for collaboration and co-creation with various commercial and marketing teams, aligned with business and brand development priorities;

  • Managing relationships with the company’s different business areas, with strategic, advisory, and implementation responsibility regarding their communication needs;

  • Monitoring and reporting results to business teams and Top Management Marketing, enabling dynamic and agile adaptation of communication plans according to business priorities;

  • Keeping up with new retail trends and identifying new opportunities for consumer/shopper engagement with the brands.

 

What you should bring…

  • Knowledge and experience in brand and product communication;

  • Experience in strategic category/portfolio or business management;

  • Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders;

  • Experience in results-driven environments and data-based decision-making;

  • Ability to work within a matrix structure, valuing everyone’s contribution and promoting focus and engagement in delivery;

  • Strong communication skills and empathy;

  • Ability to translate ideas into impactful documents, creating engagement and depth;

  • Autonomy, business vision, and a strategic mindset;

  • Proficiency in English.
