We are looking for a Learning & Development Technician to join our People, Sustainability & Transformation team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Support the delivery of the Training Plan across classroom, online, and hybrid learning formats;
• Coordinate training schedules, venues, materials, and all training logistics, ensuring an excellent experience for both learners and trainers;
• Ensure compliance with DGERT requirements, including documentation management and support during audits;
• Work closely with trainers and external providers to deliver training initiatives, promoting high-quality learning experiences;
• Monitor participation and satisfaction metrics, contributing to continuous improvement;
• Respond to support requests and collaborate with different stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service.

So, bring with you…

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the operational delivery of training programs;
• Strong knowledge of DGERT requirements;
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS), ideally Cornerstone;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel;
• Excellent organizational and communication skills;
• Proactive mindset, autonomy, and strong problem-solving skills;
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and focus on quality;
• Intellectual curiosity and an interest in working with data.
