We are looking for a Learning & Development Technician to join our People team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
 

We count on you to…

  • Ensure all necessary means, resources, and logistical support for the delivery of both in-person and remote training sessions;
  • Coordinate scheduling, execution, and monitoring of training programs, ensuring their quality, effectiveness, and continuous improvement;
  • Manage trainers, providing the necessary support and promoting the sharing of evaluations and feedback with participants;
  • Ensure proper training records in the LMS system, as well as compliance with DGERT certification requirements, including documentation and audit support;
  • Audit and assess the quality of training, promoting improvements;
  • Monitor the implementation of the annual training plan for the companies within the group;
  • Respond to help desk tickets and ensure continuous coordination with different stakeholders;
  • Support the implementation of the Learning & Development strategy at MC.

 

So, bring with you...

  • A higher education degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field;
  • Experience as a Training Technician or in similar roles;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office;
  • Familiarity with DGERT certification requirements;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Proactivity, autonomy, and problem-solving ability;
  • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to structure ideas.
