We are looking for a Key Account Specialist to join our Partner Management team within the Cartão Continente Department, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Provide Continente Card partners with the best solutions for implementing initiatives targeted at customers enrolled in the Loyalty Programme;
• Monitor the execution of targeted communication plans and assess their performance, together with the Continente Card partners’ teams;
• Ensure the consistency and compliance of segmented campaigns sent to customers;
• Ensure the regular management of operational workflows (acting as the main point of contact) between partners and the Continente Card teams;
• Develop an in-depth understanding of how Continente Card operates, in order to assess the feasibility of innovative initiatives.
