We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer (AI Products) for our AI Engineering team and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We're counting on you to...

• Productize a reference architecture for agents – a scalable and easily instantiated foundation for different business use cases, ensuring flexibility and alignment with specific needs;
• Integrate tools into the reference architecture that expand the range of possible agentic solutions;
• Develop both customer-facing interfaces to deliver agent recommendations to end users and backoffice interfaces to control agent behavior;
• Closely collaborate with AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Architects to design, implement, and scale solutions that deliver recommendations based on AI models;
• Ensure robustness, scalability, and continuous monitoring of the developed solutions by following best practices in testing, debugging, and observability.

So, bring with you…

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in web application development. Direct experience with tools that serve AI-based predictions/recommendations is a plus;
• Proficiency in frontend and backend development technologies (e.g., Django/FastAPI + React, Ruby on Rails, Flask + Vue.js);
• Ability to design scalable, modular, and reusable solutions based on microservices architecture (using K8s, Docker);
• Strong project structuring skills, applying best development and testing practices;
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines: ability to build and maintain pipelines that automate parts of the development cycle, ensuring high-quality and timely deliveries;
• Familiarity with cloud services (Azure preferred);
• Previous experience in developing agent architectures/pipelines (valued);
• Experience in productizing pipelines that automate the lifecycle of AI models using current MLOps paradigms (valued);
• Experience with AI copilots to accelerate development (valued);
• Exposure to distributed computing technologies (Hadoop, Spark) (valued);
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured approach;
• Proficiency in English;
• Strong communication skills.
