We are looking for an E-commerce Operations Trainee to join our E-commerce team, in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

• Supporting the implementation of the tool across different operations, providing on-site support and clarifying doubts whenever necessary;
• Developing training content and support materials, as well as delivering training to employees from different areas;
• Supporting the preparation of reports and analyses on execution, deviations, and improvement opportunities;
• Contributing to the optimization and simplification of processes;
• Actively participating in the development plan and training associated with the role.

• Higher education degree in Management, Logistics, or Engineering – essential knowledge to understand operational processes, data analysis, and team management;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) – essential for content creation and data analysis;

• Willingness to support and collaborate with different teams;
