We are looking for a E-commerce Business Specialist to join our E-commerce Note team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 
We count on you to…
•    Managing and optimizing the online purchasing process for a set of categories, based on data analysis and conversion rates;
•    Developing and implementing action plans in collaboration with commercial, marketing, and operations teams;
•    Planning, managing, and executing promotional campaigns to boost sales and business profitability;
•    Defining success metrics for all activities, ensuring continuous monitoring and identifying improvements;
•    Keeping up with the latest e-Commerce trends, developing relevant know-how and expertise for the business;
•    Analyzing consumption data, market trends, and benchmarks to identify opportunities and develop initiatives that increase customer value and maximize business results.

So, bring with you…
•    A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles (preferably in Retail, e-Commerce, or Category Management);
•    Advanced skills in Office (Excel, PowerPoint, …);
•    Experience with Shopify (nice to have);
•    Excellent analytical skills – decision-making is data-driven;
•    Fluency in English;
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
