We count on you to…
•    Define the product roadmap, monitor and support developments, working closely with technical teams and external stakeholders;
•    Support store operations by designing processes and ensuring daily activity follow-up tasks;
•    Define and monitor communication and marketing actions (across physical and digital channels) that promote brand awareness and customer base growth/loyalty;
•    Monitor business and product KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.

•    Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel;
•    Genuine interest in digital products, e-commerce, and business management;
•    Structured thinking and strong analytical skills;
