We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Media & Digital Marketing team, located in Matosinhos and Carnaxide, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 
We count on you to…
•    Continuously monitor the performance of digital campaigns (marketing and product), focusing on investment efficiency and sales impact;
•    Prepare and structure clear, comprehensive, and goal-oriented campaign briefings, ensuring alignment between internal teams and the media agency;
•    Ensure rigorous follow-up of campaign execution, validating implementation against the defined strategy;
•    Support recommendations for budget allocation across channels and formats (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, and others);
•    Analyze dashboards and performance reports to enable fast, informed decision-making;
•    Identify trends, performance deviations, and optimization opportunities based on data analysis;
•    Support the design, implementation, and analysis of optimization tests (A/B testing, new targeting approaches, formats, and bidding strategies);
•    Ensure proper campaign tracking setup and the consistency, reliability, and critical interpretation of reported data;
•    Contribute to the continuous evolution of performance marketing and measurement practices within the organization.

 

So, bring with you…
•    At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, performance media, analytics, or similar roles;
•    Experience with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar);
•    Experience preparing structured, KPI-driven briefings;
•    Familiarity with digital media platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads);
•    Experience working with media agencies;
•    Basic knowledge of SQL, data visualization, or attribution models;
•    Experience in data-driven and experimentation-focused environments;
•    Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset;
•    Solid knowledge of digital marketing, especially performance media;
•    Ability to turn data analysis into actionable recommendations;
•    High attention to detail and critical thinking in interpreting results;
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and external partners;
•    Proactivity, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset;
•    Interest in the e-commerce and grocery retail context.
