We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Media & Digital Marketing team, located in Matosinhos and Carnaxide, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Analyze the performance of digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and App Campaigns), correlating media data with business outcomes;
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, ensuring an integrated and accessible view for different stakeholders;
- Work with BigQuery to structure, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources (media, analytics, CRM, e-commerce, and app data);
- Structure and analyze app data (installs, in-app events, retention, LTV), ensuring accurate measurement through tools such as Firebase, GA4, or MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust);
- Evaluate media plans and identify investment optimization opportunities;
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis, supporting strategic media and business recommendations;
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in analyses and reporting;
- Support the definition of KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business objectives;
- Participate in the analysis of testing and optimization initiatives (A/B testing, incrementality, new segmentation approaches, and bidding strategies);
- Prepare structured, decision-oriented presentations, translating complex media, web, and app data into clear insights for stakeholders.

- Strong analytical mindset and experience in data-driven marketing;
- Solid experience in data analysis applied to performance marketing (web and app);
- Experience in dashboard creation and data visualization (Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar);
- Ability to combine multiple data sources and build integrated performance views;
- Good understanding of the digital media ecosystem and performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention);
- Experience in analyzing media plans and critically assessing investment strategies;
- High attention to detail and critical thinking in data validation;
- Ability to transform complex data into clear and actionable insights.
