• Creative development of communication concepts and campaigns; 
• Creation of graphic and digital content; 
• Development of claims and creative copywriting for campaigns, private labels, and products; 
• Benchmarking creative communication concepts and digital experience.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Graphic Design or Communication: provides the theoretical and practical foundation needed to create creative concepts, campaigns, and effective visual communication strategies, essential for graphic and digital design functions; 
• Proficiency in digital graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, among others: these tools are essential for creating graphic content, image editing, and designing digital interfaces, enabling efficient and high-quality work in campaigns and materials; 
• Knowledge of photography and image processing: allows the creation of attractive visual content, with high-quality images and proper treatment, essential for the visual communication and identity of brands and products; 
• Knowledge of web design, UX/UI: essential for creating functional and intuitive digital experiences, ensuring that campaigns and products meet users' needs and provide a good experience on digital platforms; 
• Autonomy and proactivity; relationship skills, communication, and team spirit.
