We are looking for a Data Analyst Trainee to join our Client team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and automation scripts;
• Participate in the development of new features and the enhancement of existing solutions;
• Automate and optimize processes, reducing manual tasks and increasing operational efficiency;
• Explore and apply AI and Generative AI solutions to support data analysis, task automation, and the improvement of team processes;
• Develop AI prototypes and use cases, assessing their value, feasibility, and potential integration into existing solutions;
• Build, test, and monitor data processing workflows, ensuring their quality, reliability, and availability;
• Apply mathematical algorithms and optimization techniques to solve business problems;
• Support the development, maintenance, and evolution of the core promotional personalization tools;
• Apply best practices in programming, testing, version control, and documentation;
• Organize and document the data, processes, and solutions developed by the team;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and the application of Artificial Intelligence.

So, bring with you…

• A degree in Mathematics, Operations Research, Industrial Engineering and Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Strong ability to structure problems, apply logical reasoning, and develop organized solutions;
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for exploring AI and Generative AI applications in process automation, data analysis, and customer experience personalization;
• Programming knowledge, preferably in Python, SQL, or PySpark;
• Interest in Big Data technologies, Cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS), and Business Intelligence;
• Familiarity with version control and code collaboration tools;
• Strong communication skills, teamwork, organizational skills, and a sense of responsibility;
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, curiosity, and a continuous learning mindset.
