We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Service team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Manage relationships with internal clients in the context of Customer Support service delivery, namely by:
Monitoring operational results, ensuring regular performance analysis and alignment between the objectives of different departments;
Identifying and embracing continuous improvement opportunities;
Ensuring knowledge management and service delivery quality;
- Support Customer Support operations in handling complex cases, coordinating with business specialists from different areas or making autonomous decisions when required;
- Implement operational improvements in the management of Customer Support operations.

- Previous experience in customer service (preferred) and CRM tools (a plus);
- Strong operational mindset, with an interest in developing towards a management role;
- Analytical skills and critical thinking, particularly in process analysis;
- Strong communication and relationship management skills;
- Proactivity, sense of responsibility, and results-oriented mindset.
