It is within this context that we are looking for a Cultural Transformation Lead—someone who will play a central role in consolidating and accelerating this transformation, with cross-organizational impact. This role works closely with senior leadership, influencing decisions, behaviors, and ways of working, and ensuring that the culture we aspire to is consistently reflected in people’s real, day-to-day experience.
The role
As Cultural Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for connecting vision and practice, strategy and behavior, intention and action. Specifically, you will:
• Deepen the diagnosis of the current state (AS IS), understanding existing practices, behaviors, rituals, and organizational dynamics.
• Clarify and evolve the desired future state (TO BE), building on the strategic narrative and insights gathered throughout the journey so far.
• Translate vision into action by designing and implementing rituals, practices, symbols, team routines, and collaboration models that make culture tangible in everyday work.
• (Co)create with senior stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment, genuine commitment, and decisions that are consistent with the desired culture.
• Mobilize leaders, teams, and individuals, turning cultural principles into observable, consistent, and sustainable behaviors.
• Measure, monitor, and continuously adjust, ensuring that cultural transformation progresses with intention, coherence, and lasting impact.
