We are currently looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Continente Card team in Matosinhos — and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

What you’ll do

• Develop, execute, and optimise multichannel marketing campaigns for the largest loyalty programme in the country, using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Collaborate with Marketing and IT teams to ensure the correct execution of campaigns across various communication channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.
• Develop and maintain automation workflows and email templates.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and best practices in marketing automation.
• Actively participate in improvement projects and in developing new functionalities for the Continente Card loyalty programme.

What you’ll bring

• Academic background in Management, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• Experience with email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification preferred).
• Strong problem-structuring and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (including VBA).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email marketing best practices.
• Assertive communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
