We are looking for a Communication & Advertising Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team, based in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 

The Brand Marketing team is responsible for bringing the Brand to life, ensuring the strategic planning, development and implementation of relevant, consistent and impactful communication campaigns. We work closely with internal teams and external partners, ensuring operational rigour, strategic alignment and creative excellence across all Brand touchpoints.


We count on you to…

  • Plan, coordinate and execute multichannel advertising campaigns (TV, digital, outdoor, radio and point of sale), ensuring alignment with the Brand’s strategic objectives;

  • Lead creative development in partnership with external agencies, from the preparation of strategic briefings to proposal validation, creative feedback and final adjustments;

  • Ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, deliverables and Brand standards across all initiatives;

  • Manage communication projects autonomously, ensuring operational efficiency and coordination across multiple stakeholders;

  • Coordinate workflows between internal teams (marketing, trade marketing, digital, media and stores) and external partners;

  • Monitor and oversee the production of advertising materials (digital assets, video and audio spots, billboards and other formats);

  • Ensure version control, internal validation processes and final approvals;

  • Analyse campaign performance based on KPIs such as awareness, consideration, engagement, reach and other relevant indicators;

  • Prepare reporting, results presentations and post-campaign strategic recommendations;

  • Identify opportunities for creative, operational and strategic optimisation based on data, trends and benchmarking;

  • Contribute to market research, communication trend analysis and branding innovation;

  • Ensure the correct application of the Continente Brand’s visual identity and tone of voice across all touchpoints;

  • Actively contribute insights and strategic ideas to the development of brand campaigns and activations.


So, bring with you…

  • A higher education degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Management, Design, Psychology or similar fields;

  • Relevant professional experience in brand marketing, advertising or integrated communication;

  • Strong strategic and creative sensitivity to brands and communication;

  • Good knowledge of Office / Google Workspace, with a strong focus on presentations (PowerPoint / Slides);

  • Strong organisational, planning and multitasking skills;

  • Ability to work autonomously, with critical thinking and a results-oriented mindset;

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and teamwork skills;

  • Analytical mindset, curiosity and strong attention to detail.
