We are looking for a Category Planner to join our ZU team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
• Gather and compile management information for negotiations, according to the needs of the Buyer and Category Leader;
• Contribute to supplier evaluation;
• Support the analysis and definition of promotional activities (e.g. promotional sales forecasts, historical data, competition, promotional efficiency, etc.);
• Analyze market prices;
• Monitor the achievement of defined business objectives, ensuring the consolidation of data and information required for decision-making and reporting;
• Contribute to the development of new products and/or segments, based on identified insights and trends;
• Define the product range structure for the Categories (skeleton and price points), incorporating potential insights and references from various suppliers provided by the Buyer, and analyzing stores according to sales potential, customer profile, and category space allocation.
So, bring with you…
• A Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Economics or Management;
• Experience in the commercial area, in product/category management, planning, and supplier management roles;
• Strong organizational and decision-making skills;
• Ambition and dynamism;
• Ability to present and make decisions with real business impact;
• Analytical skills;
• Enjoy working in a team;
• Proficiency in English.
