We are looking for a Procurement Shared Services Lead to join our Procurement Excellence team, in Matosinhos or Carnaxide, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
 

The Procurement Shared Services Lead plays a critical role in leading the Procurement Shared Services organization. They manage a dedicated team responsible for executing the organizations S2P program and associated processes, with a focus on ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance while scaling capabilities for MC. Additionally, they directly oversee the animation of the team, fostering talent development, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services.

 

We count on you to...

  • Manage a dedicated team focused on executing and improving S2P processes, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and compliant delivery of Source-to-Pay sub-processes, driving the adoption of the Core Model defined by MC;
  • Supervise and drive the day-to-day operations of S2P sub-processes in the Shared Services;
  • Regularly assess processes, procedures, tools, and technology integrations. Drive improvements that optimize processes, increase compliance, enhance cross-functional insights, and ensure adherence to core model. Understand and apply best practices from within MC or external best-in-class shared services;
  • Lead the adoption and integration of automation technologies to streamline transactional procurement processes and reduce manual efforts;
  • Co-define P2P policies and efficiency performance metrics with the Head of Procurement Excellence & ensure appropriate reporting;
  • Establish clear program metrics, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to manage and report on program performance and value delivery. Use metrics to identify risk areas and opportunities and assess the health of end-to-end operations. Leverage Net Promoter Score (NPS) and User Experience (UX) forums to measure stakeholder and customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all Source-to-Pay activities.

  • Proven experience in P2P excellence, incl. experience with procurement digital tools;

  • Demonstrated experience in managing resources and resolve conflict over resource allocation & other critical issues;
  • Ability to report on procurement performance & be the single point of contact for third-party information reporting;
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese, any additional language is considered an asset (e.g., Spanish).
