We are looking for a Procurement S2P Tool Specialist to join our Procurement Excellence team, in Matosinhos or Carnaxide, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
 

The Procurement S2P Tool Specialist is a business focal point in the implementation of new S2P (Source-to-Pay) tools. The Specialist also supports the integration of procurement processes, systems, and strategies across the organization, enabling effective collaboration between procurement teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers.
 

We count on you to...

  • Act as the business focal point in the implementation of new S2P tools, including gathering requirements, overseeing testing and validation, and managing the transition to the target model.
  • Ensure the procurement team is informed about S2P tool updates and their benefits, promoting effective utilization and adoption.
  • Support the integration of procurement processes, systems, and data across different business units and functions, ensuring alignment and consistency.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of change management plans to facilitate the adoption of new procurement processes, technologies, and strategies.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between procurement teams, internal stakeholders, and external suppliers to ensure effective information sharing and alignment, particularly related to S2P tool implementation.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge management repositories and platforms to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination within the procurement organization, with a focus on S2P tools and processes.
  • Monitor and track the effectiveness of integration and enablement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and recommending solutions, especially in relation to S2P implementation and adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to procurement staff on process-related inquiries and system utilization, with a focus on S2P tools.

  • Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, systems, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders and deliver training programs, particularly related to S2P tools.
  • Solid organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, especially in the context of S2P implementation.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build relationships, and influence others to achieve desired outcomes, particularly in driving S2P adoption.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and enhancing user experience within S2P systems.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional language proficiency is an asset.
