We are looking for a  Data & Insights Analyst to join our Procurement Excellence team, in Matosinhos or Carnaxide, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
 

The Procurement Data & Insights Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting procurement data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and improve procurement performance. This role develops and maintains data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and support category management, sourcing, and supplier relationship management activities. The Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver tailored insights that enable them to optimize procurement processes and achieve business objectives.
 

We count on you to...

  • Collect, cleanse, and analyze procurement data from various sources, including ERP systems, supplier databases, and market intelligence platforms.
  • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), identify trends, and visualize procurement performance.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support category management, sourcing, and supplier relationship management activities, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including PCG & operations, to understand their data requirements and deliver tailored insights.
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, data governance, and data management processes within the procurement organization.
  • Develop and maintain spend analytics tools and methodologies to track spending patterns, identify cost savings opportunities, and improve budget management.
  • Support the development and implementation of digital procurement tools and technologies, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
  • Solid understanding of procurement processes, data sources, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey data-driven insights to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, build relationships, and influence others to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional language proficiency is a plus.
