We are looking for an Business Operations Analyst - Donations to join the Operational Compliance area of the Shrinkage, Security & Compliance team in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

Our team is responsible for monitoring, analysing, and developing initiatives that ensure compliance with operational processes, with a special focus on reducing and controlling shrinkage, as well as fighting food waste.
The role will have as main responsibilities the management of donations and operational support.

 

We count on you to...

  • Analyse data and prepare reports to support decision-making;

  • Monitor key indicators at both central and local levels;

  • Prepare and present content for different stakeholders;

  • Provide operational follow-up in stores (including travel);

  • Implement benchmarking dynamics and best practices.

 

So, bring with you...

  • Proven experience in donation process management, especially of food surplus;

  • Higher education, preferably in Management, Economics, or Food Safety;

  • Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Knowledge of food safety standards;

  • Driving licence (mandatory);

  • Experience in the food retail sector will be considered an asset;

  • Knowledge of MicroStrategy and SQL will be valued;

  • Fluency in English (spoken and written);

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills;

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Dynamism, resilience, and proactivity;

  • Creativity and critical thinking;

  • Strong goal orientation and a high sense of responsibility.
