We are looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join our DRS - Operational Services Management team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 
We count on you to…

• Monitor the operation of the Deposit Return System (DRS), providing ongoing support and guidance to stores and the various stakeholders involved;
• Monitor and analyse performance indicators, developing reports that support informed decision-making;
• Develop supporting documentation to communicate system activities, initiatives, and improvement proposals;
• Map and optimise processes, contributing to the design of more efficient operational workflows;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business initiatives related to the DRS.

So, bring with you…

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or a related field;
• 2 to 3 years of experience in business analysis, operations, or similar roles;
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency with standard business applications;
• Knowledge of Excel, SQL, Python, MicroStrategy, and Power BI;
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and information structuring skills;
• Willingness to travel.
