• Execute back-office and planning tasks (operations and transport);

• Manage postal codes and coverage areas;

• Analyse forecasts and performance against them;

• Manage and interacte with different SONAE teams (namely ET);

• Create and analyse operational reports;

• Analyse business and operational KPIs;

• Support in managing external partnerships;
