We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Continente Card Department, based in Matosinhos, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
What you’ll do
- Explore and extract value from our internal databases, focusing on customer information and consumption behaviors;
- Evaluate and measure the impact of loyalty program actions, supporting the definition of more effective strategies;
- Produce and report management information for different areas of the company, ensuring clarity and relevance of indicators;
- Conduct end-to-end business analyses — from problem definition to data extraction, processing, and communication of conclusions and recommendations;
- Structure and optimize existing information, identifying limitations and proposing improvements in how data is organized and used;
- Generate actionable insights to improve internal processes, operational efficiency, and support the evolution of business, brand, and service value propositions.
What you’ll bring
- A degree in Management, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field;
- 3/4 years of experience in data analysis and business intelligence;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python, with the ability to explore and interpret large data sets;
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud (PERTO) and Data Lake is a plus;
- Analytical rigor, curiosity, and the ability to turn complex data into clear and strategic insight
