We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Strategy & BI team within the Operations Development Directorate, based in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

Your mission will be to support the transformation of Store Operations through intelligence and innovation.

We count on you to...

• Enhance the identification of opportunities using critical store operations indicators, through trends, patterns and optimisation potential;

• Challenge and contribute to the strategic development of operations through structured and analytically grounded approaches;

• Identify and shape opportunities for store operations teams to achieve outstanding results, collaborating on strategic projects with different MC areas;

• Develop analytical models, dashboards and reports to support decision-making;

• Propose and implement analytical solutions powered by artificial intelligence models, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence;

• Support the development and adoption of new BI and Analytics technological tools.

So, bring with you...

• A higher education degree in Engineering, Management, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics;

• Strong analytical skills — ability to follow analyses, generate insights and recommendations;

• Experience with BI tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data analysis (advanced Excel, SQL, Python valued);

• A practical and applied understanding of store operations, adding value to the comprehension of operational processes (valued).
