We are looking for a Business Analyst & Advisor to join our Strategy & BI team within the Operations Development Department, in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
- Identify and shape opportunities for operations teams to achieve exceptional results by leading and supporting strategic projects across different areas of MC;
- Challenge and contribute to the strategic development of operations through structured, analytically supported approaches;
- Coordinate the creation of comprehensive analyses to support strategic decisions, driving decision-making and generating quantitative and qualitative insights;
- Develop strong, collaborative relationships with various corporate partners to create end-to-end value across the value chain, with a focus on store operations;
- Guide the work of colleagues, helping them build technical and interpersonal skills while achieving their goals.
So, Bring with you…
- Degree in Management, Economics, or Engineering;
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in similar roles;
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint—essential for creating visually appealing and easily understandable strategic analyses and reports;
- Knowledge of query languages (e.g., SQL), modeling and analysis tools (e.g., Python, DAX, R), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau) is highly valued;
- Practical and applicable understanding of food retail operations to add value when analyzing store operations processes (preferred);
- Leadership skills;
- Strong analytical capabilities—able to conduct analyses, generate insights, and make recommendations;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Critical and structured thinking.
