We are looking for a Brand Marketing Trainee to join our Brand Marketing team, in Matosinhos, and we believe we will be #BetterWithYou!
This team is responsible for bringing our Brand to life through the planning, development and implementation of relevant, consistent and impactful communication campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external agencies, while ensuring operational rigor and creative excellence.
We count on you to...
- Supporting the planning and execution of multichannel advertising campaigns (TV, digital, outdoor, radio and point of sale);
- Following the creative development process in collaboration with external agencies, including briefings, presentations, feedback and creative adjustments;
- Ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables and Brand standards;
- Supporting the management of workflows between internal teams (marketing, trade marketing, digital, media and stores) and external partners;
- Monitoring the production process of advertising materials, such as digital assets, video and audio spots and outdoor formats;
- Supporting version control, internal validations and final approvals;
- Supporting the collection and analysis of campaign results, focusing on KPIs such as awareness, consideration, engagement and reach;
- Preparing reporting presentations and post-campaign learnings;
- Contributing to the identification of creative and operational improvement opportunities;
- Supporting market research, creative benchmarking and communication trend analysis;
- Ensuring the correct use of Continente’s visual identity and tone of voice;
- Contributing creative ideas and insights for brand campaigns and activations.

- A university degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Management, Design or similar fields;
- Strong interest in advertising, brands and communication;
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong communication skills and team spirit;
- Critical thinking, curiosity and a willingness to learn;
- Good knowledge of Office/Google Workspace; familiarity with presentations (PowerPoint/Slides) is a plus.
