What are we looking for?
We are looking for an AREA MANAGER to lead the Digital & Marketing team at Note!. Reporting directly to the Head of Area, this person will be responsible for defining, coordinating, and implementing the Digital & Marketing strategy of the brand, with the goal of ensuring its vision and mission, increasing awareness, reach and engagement, generating qualified traffic across digital platforms, and securing sustainable sales growth.
Your day-to-day will include:
• Leading Note!’s digital channels, namely eCommerce (noteonline.pt), qCommerce (instant delivery), and other in-store sales platforms and content feeds (escolanote.pt), strengthening their presence through Note! Online and Instant Delivery.
• Leading the Marketing area of Note!, aligned with the brand’s mission, vision, and business objectives, covering Brand Management, PR and corporate communication, partnerships, and Digital Marketing (including SEO, social media, and content).
• Leading the design and communication team for instore and digital — campaign materials, newsletters, and all creatives for digital channels.
• Ensuring the development and monitoring of customer loyalty programs, in collaboration with internal teams (customer, Cartão Continente, among others).
• Securing cross-area collaboration and coordination with all internal and external partners that support the execution of the strategy.
Bring with you…
• Higher education in Management, Marketing, Communication, or similar areas.
• Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in marketing, digital marketing, and eCommerce management (preferred).
• Skills in Brand Strategy, Social Media, and Performance Marketing will be valued.
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with a focus on motivating and driving high performance.
