We are looking for a Architect to join our Store Conception team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…
•    Develop architectural proposals and solutions within the scope of the expansion plan, refurbishments, and store interventions;
•     Ensure coordination and integration of different internal projects (commercial layout, refrigeration project, lighting, communication/equipment, and merchandising) and external projects (structural design and all specialties);
•    Develop projects for different stages, such as preliminary studies to support decision-making, preparation and dissemination of the basic project, and analysis, compatibility, and review of all specialties;
•    Oversee and support the execution project, as well as site supervision from the perspective of designer/client representative;
•    Collaborate and ensure all interfaces, guaranteeing that information during the execution and construction phases reaches all internal stakeholders;
•    Prepare projects supported by 2D drawings, 3D modeling, and virtual mockups for negotiation and validation with different interfaces, as well as validation of new concepts and creative proposals up to 1:1 scale;
•    Present new concepts, solutions, and their respective technical specifications, promoting harmony and balance in spaces while ensuring compliance with different concepts;
•    Stay up to date with trends, including new technologies, tools, and methods, without losing focus on efficiency, sustainability, and cost control.

•    Higher education in Architecture;
•    Previous experience in the design and development of store or retail space projects;
•    Advanced knowledge of modeling and rendering software, such as AutoCAD, BIM (Revit), SketchUp, and Photoshop;
•    Strong visual communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly and concisely;
•    Ability to work in a team, manage deadlines, and coordinate project-related tasks;
•    Determination, creativity, and innovation;
•    Driver’s license;
•    Availability for national travel.
