We are looking for a Account Manager to join our Partner Management team within the Cartão Continente Department, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…
• Monitor and drive the use of Cartão Continente across partner brands within the Loyalty Program;
• Combine relationship management skills with stakeholders, with the ability to analyze, interpret, and work on consumer insights to provide customer loyalty solutions;
• Design customer acquisition and development strategies for partner brands within the multi-partner loyalty program;
• Develop and coordinate targeted communication plans together with Cartão Continente partners;
• Work closely with the Cartão Continente Analytics team to transform transactional data and other customer information into actionable business insights, particularly for decision-making;
• Build insights and action recommendations to address customer and sales growth challenges;
• Ensure and supervise the implementation of actions requested by partners through the Cartão Continente operational teams;
• Manage regular operational workflows between businesses and Cartão Continente.
