We are looking for an AI Engineer to join our AI Hub team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

You will be responsible for…

• Developing reusable components that support multiple AI Products.
• Building frameworks for inference, serving, agents, evaluation, and model integration.
• Building reusable end-to-end AI products, leveraging Full Stack capabilities.
• Collaborating with AI Development teams in the technical architecture design of products.
• Developing integrations between models, backend/frontend applications, and corporate systems.
• Ensuring scalable, resilient, and observable solutions.
• Promoting Software Engineering best practices applied to AI development.
• Ensuring code quality, automated testing, observability, and security.
• Contributing to the continuous evolution of the Hub’s internal frameworks.
• Exploring and implementing new approaches to improve team productivity through AI-assisted development and solution repeatability.
• Promoting an engineering culture focused on automation, reusability, and efficiency.

What you should bring…

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Full Stack Development, AI Engineering, or Machine Learning Engineering.
• Proven experience building AI platforms or products in production environments.
• Experience with cloud architectures and distributed systems.
• CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
• Docker, Kubernetes.
• REST APIs and microservices architectures.
• Databricks, Spark, Python.
• Model and artifact versioning.
• Observability, logging, and monitoring.
• Experience developing solutions based on LLMs and agents will be valued.
• Strong engineering and problem-solving skills.
• Systems thinking and scalability mindset.
• Autonomy and a strong sense of ownership.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Focus on quality, reusability, and technical sustainability.
