We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our eCommerce team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 
We count on you to…

  • Be part of a major initiative that will reshape the digital landscape with an omnichannel approach, a mix of market and customized solutions, seamlessly integrated, with the aim of providing the customer with a fully integrated experience;
  • Design high-level solutions in a clear and efficient way for the relevant initiatives, supporting all others when necessary, with an emphasis on the e-commerce landscape (store and backoffice);
  • Define and manage the evolution of the solutions/roadmap in line with the company's strategy, incorporating trends and technological innovations;
  • Participating in the initial feasibility phases, converging early on the MVP (minimum viable product) with a preliminary estimate of the project's cost;
  • Promoting and implementing guidelines, standards and best practices in architecture and technology;
  • Ensure that technical designs comply with applicable architectural standards and that designs are functionally and technically viable;
  • Validate the technology's ability to meet the commercial, performance, integration and scalability requirements of each project (Solution Maturity Index);
  • Partnering with Product Managers, Program Manager and Development team in overseeing all requirements to formulate the appropriate architecture needed to deliver system functionality, deciding when to advocate and when to arrive at mutually acceptable solutions;
  • Understand long-term business objectives and propose technological strategies to achieve these objectives;
  • Play a leading role in researching new technologies and architecture initiatives to meet medium and long-term business needs.

 
So, bring with you…

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
  • 5+ years of experience, and previous background as Tech Lead;
  • Solid experience in designing and implementing cloud based systems (Kubernetes, Containers (AZURE, AWS, GCP and/or others);
  • Solid experience in distributed architecture (multitenant, Software as a service (SaaS));
  • Experience with different architectural patterns - Clean Architecture, Domain-Driven Design (DDD);
  • Solid experience in development with C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework;
  • Experience in mobile development with REACT;
  • Experience with concepts of CI/CD - GIT, AZURE DevOps, GitHub Action;
  • Experience with messaging and streaming frameworks (Kafka, Message Hub/Queue, Pulsar, Solace, etc.), API Gateway and API Management and Integrations Tools;
  • Experience with SCRUM/AGILE methodologies, JIRA and Confluence tools (nice to have);
  • Experience with end-to-end monitoring tools - New Relic, Dynatrace or others (nice to have);
  • Experience with Quality assurance methods and tools and Automation testing (nice to have);
  • Technically experienced, having worked across different projects and systems architectures with hands-on roles;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - functional and technical stakeholders.
