We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Integration Platforms team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 
We count on you to…

  • Lead technology, operation and influence the roadmap of our Integration Platforms, with close communication with your team through an ambitious technical vision;

  • Implement the vision and roadmap for our platforms that deliver key integration capabilities and standards;

  • Establish and promote standards, good practices and transversal capabilities in the implementation of integrations;

  • Promote the adoption of the platforms and the necessary actions to guarantee autonomy and efficiency in their use by the development and operations teams;

  • Define and apply technical strategies that ensure the continuous alignment of evolutions/roadmaps with the strategic guidelines of the company, its team and the various development and operations teams;

  • Play a leadership role, taking responsibility and making decisions at critical moments.

 
So, bring with you…

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar - essential to understand the complexity involved in IT architecture and to develop effective technological solutions that meet the needs of our organization;
  • 5+ years of experience in the Integrations area - allows you to identify standards, best practices and appropriate solutions for specific challenges;
  • More than 2 years of experience in technical leadership - essential to play a central role of high complexity and pressure; 
  • Experience in microservices architectures, event-driven, cloud, containers (Docker, K8s), high availability, resilience and monitoring - fundamental for guiding robust solutions throughout the development cycle;
  • Experience in integration products for different standards - Event-Driven Architectures (Solace, Kafka), API Management (Apigee, Kong, etc.), iPaaS (MuleSoft, Boomi, webMethods, Karavan - Apache Camel, etc.);
  • Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) is an advantage - knowledge of Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Data Integrator solutions will be valued;
  • Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies - familiarity with agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, is important so that you can promote collaboration between teams;
  • Knowledge or experience with AWS, Azure or GCP is an advantage - knowledge of these platforms allows you to design and implement solutions that take advantage of the resources and services offered by these infrastructures;
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, GitOps - allows you to promote consistency and repeatability in configurations. This approach is key to scaling and managing environments and solutions efficiently and minimizing human error.
