We are looking for a Tech Lead to join our Customer Experience team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
 
We count on you to…

Leading technology, operations and influencing the product, communicating closely with your team through an ambitious technical vision;
Ensuring the continuous alignment of evolutions/roadmaps with the strategic guidelines of the company and the team;
Encouraging predictability and resilience in deliveries, through alignment with solution designs and articulation between tactical or structural deliveries.
Establish good practices and code quality with clear principles in the development cycle;
Collaborate with the Enterprise Architecture team on macro estimates and medium/low level technical solution design;
Understand how customers are impacted, as well as the product objectives and converge with the technical strategy;
Play a leadership role by taking responsibility and making decisions at critical moments.

 
So, bring with you…

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar - essential to understand the complexity involved in IT architecture and to develop effective technological solutions that meet the needs of our organization;
5+ years of experience in application development -  allows you to identify best practices and appropriate solutions for specific challenges;
More than 2 years of experience in technical leadership for application solutions - essential to play a central role of high complexity and pressure; 
Experience in microservice architectures, event-driven, cloud (Azure, preferred), containers (Docker, K8s), high availability, resilience and monitoring -
key to guiding robust solutions throughout the development cycle;
Experience in projects using a wide range of technologies/tools - this versatility is essential for adapting the architecture to the specific needs of each project and ensuring interoperability between different systems;
Knowledge and experience in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) - familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum is important so that you can promote collaboration between teams;
Understanding and familiarity with the realities of distributed environments - allows you to consider factors such as latency, security and integration when designing solutions that work effectively in distributed systems, ensuring that services are reliable and scalable.
