We are looking for a Tech Lead for our Customer team at MC Digital in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We are looking for someone with strategic vision and drive to take technical ownership of the evolution and modernization of multiple products. In this role, you will be the main engine of innovation, leading platform migration processes and leveraging AI tools to accelerate the development lifecycle. The focus is not passive support but full technical ownership, ensuring the architecture evolves in a scalable way in Multi-Cloud environments.

 

We’re counting on you to…

  • Take technical responsibility for system modernization, ensuring the transition from legacy architectures to Cloud-Native models.
  • Integrate and use AI tools as accelerators for development, language version migrations (Modern .NET), and code refactoring.
  • Decide and implement solutions in multicloud environments (Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure).
  • Design and optimize complex, high‑performance communication flows using Event Brokers (Solace).
  • Achieve excellence in Kubernetes: Orchestrate K8s ecosystems and define advanced observability strategies with Grafana.
  • DevOps model: Lead the CI/CD pipeline strategy, ensuring an agile, automated, and secure delivery model.

 

Bring with you…

  • Expertise in .NET: Deep knowledge of the .NET / C# ecosystem and proven experience in language version migrations.
  • Strong DevOps culture: Fully aligned with DevOps models (automation, Infra-as-Code, collaboration).
  • Multi-Cloud: Hands‑on experience in Azure and GCP.
  • Event Brokers: Experience with Solace (preferred) or similar technologies (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Observability: Mastery of Grafana and Kubernetes.
  • A “make it happen” mindset, strongly focused on delivery and proactive problem‑solving.
  • High capacity for self‑management and rigor when planning evolution across multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to stay focused on critical goals, even in demanding contexts.
