We are looking for a Tech Domain Lead to join our Customer team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
You will be responsible for…
- Coordinating the Delivery component of a set of products, projects, and software development teams within the Customer and Digital Enablement areas;
- Coordinating planning and estimates, and ensuring technical alignment across teams;
- Leading the implementation of the technical strategy within your domain of responsibility;
- Balancing technical development with people management (Tech Leads, Developers, and QAs) and processes;
- Promoting the application of guidelines, standards, and best practices in architecture, engineering, and quality, as well as excellence in the delivery of developed products and projects;
- Contributing to the evolution of the Customer and Digital Enablement areas as a whole, including products such as App Cartão Continente, Continente Pay, Yammi Cooking Robot, Login Continente, and the Virtual Assistant Mariana.
Therefore, you bring with you…
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering or a similar field;
- Previous experience as an Engineering Leader or Engineering Manager in Software Development;
- A clear understanding of—and ideally prior experience with—SDLC, K8s, GCP, Android, APIs, SSL, .Net, Angular, React, Databases, CI/CD, SaaS, RAD, UX, UI, Accessibility (A11y), and AI;
- Solid experience with estimation, prioritization, planning, removing blockers, and managing multiple development teams;
- Strong analytical skills, the ability to make well‑balanced decisions, and drive process improvements;
- Empathy and assertiveness;
- Excellent communication skills;

Availability to work in a DevOps model, namely availability for an on-call schedule.
