We are looking for a Senior Sysadmin for our Infrastructure Services MC Digital team in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
We count on you to…

Build and maintain traditional infrastructures based on Windows Server, as well as associated security tools and services.
-
Apply software updates to resolve vulnerabilities and bugs, ensuring the security of systems and data.
-
Diagnose and resolve incidents, identify root causes, document interventions, and implement preventive measures.
-
Manage vulnerabilities through patching and hardening.
-
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure services and applications on Windows OS.
-
Develop and maintain services and applications in cloud environments, namely Azure and GCP.
-
Use virtualization technologies (VMWare, HyperV) and containers such as Kubernetes and Docker.
-
Work closely with technical leads and developers to support all phases of the software development lifecycle.
-
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and processes with tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins.
-
Participate in on‑call rotation, with continuous focus on automation to reduce manual interventions.
-
Demonstrate effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Bring with you…

Higher education in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar (preferred).
-
5–6 years of experience in similar roles.
-
Proven experience in Windows Server infrastructures and security tools.
-
Ability to apply updates and strengthen system security.
-
Strong background in troubleshooting and incident documentation.
-
Experience in patching, hardening, and vulnerability management.
-
Hands‑on experience with Windows, Azure, and GCP environments.
-
Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMWare and Hyper‑V).
-
Knowledge of container technologies.
-
Scripting skills (shell, PowerShell).
-
Experience with automation and configuration tools (Terraform, Ansible).
-
Knowledge of CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins (is a plus!).
-
Availability for on‑call.
-
Good communication and transversal leadership skills.
-
Knowledge of Linux (is a plus!).
