We are looking for a Senior Sysadmin for our Infrastructure Services MC Digital team in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Build and maintain traditional infrastructures based on Windows Server, as well as associated security tools and services.

• Apply software updates to resolve vulnerabilities and bugs, ensuring the security of systems and data.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents, identify root causes, document interventions, and implement preventive measures.

• Manage vulnerabilities through patching and hardening.

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure services and applications on Windows OS.

• Develop and maintain services and applications in cloud environments, namely Azure and GCP.

• Use virtualization technologies (VMWare, HyperV) and containers such as Kubernetes and Docker.

• Work closely with technical leads and developers to support all phases of the software development lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and processes with tools such as Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins.

• Participate in on‑call rotation, with continuous focus on automation to reduce manual interventions.

• Demonstrate effective communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Bring with you…

• Higher education in Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar (preferred).

• 5–6 years of experience in similar roles.

• Proven experience in Windows Server infrastructures and security tools.

• Ability to apply updates and strengthen system security.

• Strong background in troubleshooting and incident documentation.

• Experience in patching, hardening, and vulnerability management.

• Hands‑on experience with Windows, Azure, and GCP environments.

• Proficiency in virtualization technologies (VMWare and Hyper‑V).

• Knowledge of container technologies.

• Scripting skills (shell, PowerShell).

• Experience with automation and configuration tools (Terraform, Ansible).

• Knowledge of CI/CD with Azure DevOps, Git, or Jenkins (is a plus!).

• Availability for on‑call.

• Good communication and transversal leadership skills.

• Knowledge of Linux (is a plus!).
