We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our Labs & AI Transformation team at MC Digital, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 

You will be responsible for…

 • Developing, maintaining and evolving Artificial Intelligence agent architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability and integration with existing products.
• Leading the technical design of AI agent architectures — from orchestration patterns (multi-agent, RAG, tool-use) to their operationalization in production environments.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, guidelines and processes that facilitate integration and adoption of the solutions by engineering teams.
• Working closely with engineering teams and technical stakeholders, acting as a point of connection (developer relations) for the adoption, integration and evolution of agents.
• Promoting best practices around quality, security and observability in AI-based solutions.
• Ensuring that AI agents and systems go through CI/CD processes, including model/prompt versioning and production monitoring.

 

So, bring with you… 

• Higher Education in Computer Engineering or similar areas;
• 5 or more years of experience in production software development, with a track record in large-scale and high-availability production systems;
• Solid command of software architecture — microservices, APIs, event-driven systems and integration patterns;
• Comfort working with cloud environments (GCP is a plus), CI/CD and operating containerized infrastructure;
• Experience with containerized applications and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting);
• Full-stack profile with strong backend expertise — able to work end-to-end, with a primary focus on services and business logic;
• Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions, actively participating in refinements and clearly communicating decisions;
• Proactivity, critical thinking and curiosity;
• (Nice to have) Experience with Google Cloud, Agentic AI architectures, LangGraph/LangChain or LLM-based systems in production.
