We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our Corporate Project Management team within the Digital Tech Office at MC Digital, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…

• Lead strategic projects for Corporate areas, namely Finance, People, and Sustainability, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to implementation, monitoring, and transition to Support.
• Coordinate and influence stakeholders at different organizational levels, promoting alignment between strategic objectives, business areas, technology teams, vendors, and partners.
• Assess impacts, anticipate risks and critical dependencies, and propose effective solutions to support decision-making.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams, fostering commitment, results orientation, and effective decision-making.
• Produce documentation, executive presentations, and project monitoring dashboards.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in processes and systems supporting internal client areas.

What you bring with you…

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Solid experience managing medium to large-scale complex projects, preferably in corporate, digital, or retail environments.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• Experience with governance models, executive reporting, and the use of metrics to support decision-making.
• An autonomous, analytical, and adaptable profile, with strong organizational, communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest or experience in Cloud technologies, AI, and Microsoft Copilot will be considered a plus.
