We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Product Managers team in the E-commerce area at MC Digital, in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!
You will be responsible for leading the evolution of ecommerce back-office digital solutions, with a focus on picking, fulfilment, order management, click & collect, and last mile delivery. Your mission will be to ensure greater operational efficiency and an outstanding customer delivery experience. You will work closely with Salesforce solutions and the core logistics and operations systems, ensuring integration and scalability.

Define and manage the product roadmap for back-office solutions related to picking, fulfilment, order management, click & collect, and last mile;

Optimise operational and logistics processes (picking, packing, inventory management, distribution);

Implement improvements that increase operational efficiency and reduce errors/costs;

Leverage the integration between Salesforce and other internal systems (WMS, OMS, TMS) as well as external transport partners;
-
Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and store teams to implement impactful solutions;
-
Define and monitor key performance indicators (delivery SLA, picking success rate, lead time, cost per order);
-
Anticipate future operational needs by exploring innovative solutions (e.g., automation, route optimisation algorithms, mobile picking);
-
Act as a reference point for Product Managers in the ecommerce back-office area, promoting alignment and best practices.

At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles (such as Product Owner, Business Analyst) and experience in logistics/fulfilment digital projects;

A strong background in ecommerce, supply chain, or food retail is highly valued;
-
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Order Management is strongly valued;
-
Experience in the integration of logistics systems (OMS, TMS);
-
Strong analytical skills and ability to define operational KPIs;
-
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban);
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (technical and operational);
-
Fluency in English is an advantage.
