We are looking for a Quality Tech Lead to join our MC Digital team, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!
You will be responsible for…
- Managing and developing the Quality Chapter team, promoting the technical and professional growth of its members.
- Defining, prioritizing, and monitoring the Chapter roadmap, ensuring the delivery of technical and strategic goals.
- Collaborating with other technical and product leaders to integrate quality across the entire development cycle.
- Defining and maintaining the Quality tech stack, including frameworks, tools, and automation standards.
- Reviewing and keeping the Quality Playbook up to date, ensuring alignment with MC Digital best practices.
- Developing and maintaining automated tests (unit, component, integration, and end-to-end).
- Ensuring adequate test coverage and continuous quality pipelines integrated into CI/CD.
- Designing and delivering technical training on quality practices and tools.
- Providing expert support to the teams (streams), helping solve technical challenges and define testing strategies.
- Actively participating in technical forums and contributing to the transversal evolution of engineering practices.
Bring with you…
- Solid experience in test automation (unit, integration, component, API, and UI).
- Mastery of automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Postman, Cypress, SpecFlow, xUnit, or NUnit.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience in code quality analysis, code coverage, and test integration in microservices.
- Ability to define reusable testing frameworks and strategies.
- Experience with version control (Git) and modern engineering practices (branching, code review, observability).
- Previous experience in technical leadership or managing quality engineering teams.
- Programming knowledge in C# and experience with test-driven or behavior-driven development (TDD/BDD).
- Strong leadership and technical team management skills.
- A mindset focused on quality, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Good communication and collaboration in multidisciplinary environments.
- Ability to mentor, influence, and promote engineering best practices.
- Focus on results, balancing strategic vision with technical execution.
