We are looking for a Program Manager to lead with excellence the execution of our programs and projects, develop management teams, and ensure deliveries that have a real business impact.

We count on you to…

  • Lead and develop a team of Project Managers, Project Coordinators, PMO members, and other project management profiles, fostering the growth of their program and project management skills;
  • Act as a mentor and technical/methodological reference, supporting professional growth and strengthening the culture of excellence in management;
  • Ensure a cross-functional view of the initiative portfolio, identifying synergies, risks, and dependencies between projects and programs;
  • Be a close facilitator for internal and external stakeholders, promoting continuous alignment of goals, priorities, and expectations throughout execution;
  • Establish a structured governance model, with cadences, reports, KPIs, and ongoing monitoring of progress, risks, and deliveries;
  • Define and track performance metrics adapted to the agile model and the product team context, such as cycle time, lead time, throughput, predictability, value delivered (OKRs, outcomes), stakeholder satisfaction, and team health;
  • Operate with a hybrid management model (Waterfall, Agile, Product), adapting practices to the nature of each initiative;
  • Work closely with technical areas, understanding key challenges and technological decisions, even without direct responsibility for the solution;
  • Actively manage risks, deviations, and impacts, ensuring focus on value delivery and commitment to deadlines and budgets;
  • Contribute to evolving processes, tools, and management models, fostering the area’s continuous improvement.

Bring with you…

  • Relevant higher education (Management, Engineering, IT, or similar fields);
  • Solid experience in program management and leading PM teams in complex technological contexts;
  • Mastery of management methodologies and frameworks (PMBOK, MSP, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, etc.);
  • Strategic vision combined with operational execution skills, ensuring plans are brought to life;
  • Practical knowledge of financial management models and project portfolio management;
  • Ability to operate in hybrid contexts (product + project) with multiple stakeholders;
  • Experience managing relationships with vendors and external partners, including contracts and SLAs;
  • Strong communication, influencing, and interpersonal skills;
  • Critical thinking, solution-oriented mindset, and continuous improvement approach.
