We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team of Product Managers in the Customer area at MC Digital, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou!

 

This area is responsible for managing and helping evolve more than 30 customer-oriented products (directly or indirectly), which are used daily by our customers and by various business areas such as Loyalty, Customer Service, Marketing, and Retail Media.

 

The Product Manager will have a cross-functional role, focusing both on strategic interaction with different business areas and on the definition and management of the products under their responsibility.

 


We count on you to...

  • Managing and evolving one or more products in our Customer area. These products serve several purposes, such as storing and managing customer data, sending communications to customers through different channels, enabling targeted advertising activities, and simplifying customer payment processes.

  • Collaborating with business owners to understand business challenges, refine functional requirements, and propose suitable solutions.

  • Defining and shaping the strategic roadmap for the products, considering their medium- and long-term evolution.

  • Continuously assessing the need for functional improvements, product discontinuation, or replacement, ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and collaborating with internal teams, including other Product Managers and engineering teams.

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in roles such as Product Owner/Manager, Business Partner, Business Analyst, or similar positions.

  • A higher education degree.

  • Experience using agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.

  • The ability to work strategically, focusing on product evolution and creating business value.

  • The ability to think in cross-functional solutions, integrating different products to address complex business needs.
