We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Product Managers team in the People area at MC Digital in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

 

 

This area is responsible for managing and helping to evolve more than 40 products that support the entire lifecycle of over 38,000 MC employees.

 

 

The Product Manager will play a cross-functional role, focusing both on strategic interaction with different business areas and on the definition and management of the products under their responsibility.

 

 

 

We count on you to…

 

  • Manage and evolve one or more products in our People area, which support the entire lifecycle and talent management of MC employees.
  • Collaborate with business owners to understand business challenges, refine functional requirements, and propose suitable solutions.

  • Define and shape the strategic roadmap of the products, considering their medium- and long-term evolution.

  • Continuously assess the need for functional evolution, discontinuation, or replacement of products, ensuring alignment with business needs.

  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams, including other Product Managers and engineering teams

     

 

So, bring with you… 

 

  • At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner/Manager, Business Partner, Business Analyst, or in similar roles;
  • Higher education degree;

  • Experience working with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;

  • Ability to work strategically, focusing on product evolution and value creation for the business;

  • Ability to think in cross-functional solutions, integrating different products to address complex business needs.
