We are looking for a Product Manager to join our People Product team at MC Digital, in Maia, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou.
This area is responsible for managing and evolving more than 40 products that support the entire lifecycle of over 38,000 MC employees. The Product Manager will have a cross-functional role, focusing both on strategic interaction with different business areas and on defining and managing the products under their responsibility.

- Manage and evolve one or more products within our People area, supporting the full employee lifecycle and talent management at MC;
- Collaborate with business owners to understand business challenges, refine functional requirements and propose suitable solutions;
- Define and drive the strategic roadmap of products, considering their medium- and long-term evolution;
- Continuously assess the need for functional evolution, discontinuation or replacement of products, ensuring alignment with business needs;
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams, including other Product Managers and engineering teams.

- At least 3 years of professional experience in roles such as Product Owner/Manager, Business Partner, Business Analyst or similar;
- Higher education degree;
- Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Scrum;
- Ability to work strategically, focusing on product evolution and value creation for the business;
- Ability to think cross-functionally, connecting different products to address complex business needs.
