We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our Logistics team in Maia, and we believe we’ll be #betterwithyou.

Every day, our Logistics supplies Portugal. The warehouse teams receive products from suppliers and separate orders destined for stores or customers across the country. A process that happens quickly, safely, and with advanced technology.

Know your main challenges...

Coordinate and ensure the integrated management of logistics operations within the Distribution Centre, guaranteeing compliance with processes, operational objectives, and service levels through the efficient allocation of human and material resources.
Lead operational teams and their respective middle management, fostering people development, collaboration, and a positive, motivating work environment where every team member feels valued, engaged, and inspired, while strengthening a culture of safety, health, and well-being.
Monitor key operational performance indicators, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities that enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Lead and implement continuous improvement and logistics transformation projects that strengthen operational efficiency, innovation, productivity, and quality, in alignment with the company’s strategy.

Educational Qualifications: We value higher education in Management or Logistics;
Empathy: You will be working with a new team, and your ability to understand and connect with colleagues will be essential to build trust relationships.
Availability: Our warehouses operate continuously, in three shifts, so availability for different schedules is essential. Additionally, be available to work on weekends, holidays, and rotating days off.
Knowledge of the Office package: Technology will be an important part of your work, requiring the use of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
