We are looking for a ML Engineer to join our AI Engineer team, and we believe we will be #betterwithyou!

We count on you to…
- Design and develop generative AI solutions including LLMs, multimodal models, and agent-based systems;
- Build, maintain, and optimize MLOps pipelines for scalable and reliable model training, deployment, and monitoring, and lifecycle management;
- Create and implement agentic workflows and agent tooling for complex problem-solving;
- Develop CI/CD pipelines for ML models with automated testing, validation, and deployment;
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to deliver end-to-end ML solutions;
- Ensure best practices in model versioning, model versioning,CI/CD, testing, experiment tracking, and reproducibility in production environments.

So, bring with you…
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning engineering, with a focus on GenAI and MLOps;
- Proven experience building and deploying agentic workflows and developing agent tools;
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen or similar);
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit Learn, SparkML, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and distributed computing (pyspark, hadoop);
- Solid understanding of MLOps concepts: CI/CD, model monitoring, data versioning, and automated retraining. Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Kubeflow or similar;
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferential) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes);
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Structured approach to problems.
